DELIVERY STATUS
At the end of the preparation of the order, the customer will receive an informative email from our customer service confirming the fulfillment of the order and entrusting it to the courier selected by us. As soon as the shipment has been taken over by the latter, you will receive an email notification with all the shipment details directly from the courier.
SHIPPING DATA
Jerbel Srl will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer on the site acuadicocco at the time of purchase in the cart summary. The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those shown in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data shown in the copy of the order he will receive by email. acquadicocco cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Orders will be processed within 48/72 working hours of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing will take longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following timetable: 8.00 – 13.00 / 15.00 – 18.00. Orders received before 08.00 will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. Orders received after 08.00 will be included in the next day shipment.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.
AUTHORIZED DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with, the customer is asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, the customer is requested to immediately report this to the local courier office and contact us by email.
